Good experience
It's always a wonderful and helpful experience to go to see Dr. Mosaed. She is an excellent doctor and I feel just so lucky and so blessed to have her helping me with my glaucoma. The parking lot at UCI needs attention. It took longer to get out of the structure than the whole appointment.
The doctor is kind. He listens to his patients and is fast at the same time. He answered all my questions. He explained to me in detail what I had and what I should expect from the medication and how long it would take for the medication to become effective. He is a doctor who takes his time to patiently explain to his patients. He makes his patients feel that they are important. I felt relaxed.
Yes, someone is supposed to follow up with me and schedule another appointment. The staff wasn't there when I left and so someone needs to call me at [phi removed] to schedule another appointment with Dr. Mozaffar. Thank you.
