The reception duo was basically informative and helped me with the process of entering my data on the tablet and watching my name appear on the board. My name came and went. I was never called up to the phlebotomist. I was told to talk to another receptionist. She was unhelpful and rude. She obviously hates her job. When I pressed her on never being called up she said I had left and lost my place. I did not leave. She deleted the wrong persons name. She deleted my name instead of the other person's. Forthright, experienced and patient. This review is for the entire staff. Dr. Nanci has been my onc for about 10 years.
My wife was seeing dr. Nanci mesothemenoa in the lung Dr.nanci has advised and recomeneended a cyber knive procedure which is non evasive .the beam attacks the cancer only and increases the recovery period in older people. This wad a good recommendation by dr. Nanci i cant say enough about her.
Dr. Nancy is a very caring doctor, she is patient with me and she helps me understand my treatments and make the right decisions very caring and compassion Dr. Nancy is the best .
I have been a patient for Dr. Nanci's for over 7 years for a blood disorder. She is an outstanding, stellar physician. I wish all specialists could be as professional, kind, understanding and wise as her! She takes so much time to genuinely listen and communicate with a caring attitude. She is an incredible advocate for her patients as well. I have already referred Dr. Nanci to a friend who absolutely loves her and is so grateful. I can't say enough good compliments.
Dr. Nanci is the most thorough physician you will come across. She does not leave any stones unturned. She is honest and open. She will communicate everything with you. She gives you all options.
