Not sure what the deal is, but it looks like someone has it out for Dr. Dukoff and is posting fake reviews under various names. Well, I am a real person and can tell you she did a great job of taking care of my dental emergency while visiting NYC. I was impressed with her knowledge and the time she spent with this out of towner even though she knew this was a one-time visit. If you lose a tooth from your root canal while on vacation, she should be your first call!

I was referred to Dr. Dukoff by my dentist a week or so ago and while I have not undergone my procedure yet, I could not be more pleased with the service I have received so far. It is a small office with only two dental chair so I have received the utmost care and attention from the Doctor and her team. Great endodontist who has always treated all of my patients with superb clinical skills and empathy. Some of the toughest and most challenging procedures were performed with perfection. I’ve referred dozens of patients to Dr Dukoff and the results have always been amazing and the patients alway reported back to me with great feedback

Great atmosphere, and astounding staff. I guarantee there is no hesitation needed if any patient were considering Dr. Dukoff. Felt very comfortable and accepted in her office. Highly educated staff and 10/10 would recommend!!

Dr. Dukoff is amazing. She comes off a little gruff initially but she is the most kind, compassionate dentist I have ever encountered. Prior to my root canal with her, I had never had a cavity but my root canal procedure with her was both painless and a comfortable experience. She is attentive and compassionate, I cannot say enough great things about her, especially since I was a last minute emergency case with her. She was so rude and lacking the most basic bedside manners that I was astonished she was still a practitioner. It made me feel like I would never trust her with a dental issue because, no matter her professional experience, she is so unpleasant (for no apparent reason, I must add) that her overall approach makes a cordial patient-doctor relationship impossible.

Dr. Dukoff was terrific. Although it took me a little time to adjust to her gruff manner, she was responsive to my questions and very concerned about my tooth and my pain. She saw me within a few hours of my call and then scheduled a follow up past usual office hours. Her technical proficiency and skill were notable as well. This was my first root canal, a complete emergency while visiting. I just had my crown restoration at home and my dentist was very pleased with the root canal.

Thank you Healthgrade for letting me write it. I couldn't sleep all night, I went to the dental office with a terrible toothache, thanks to the experienced lady, with painless injections, I left pain free.
