Went to Dr Dukoff as an emergency on a Friday evening she was extremely nice and informative. She explained I needed root canal therapy and of course I was scared but she and her staff put me at ease. I was fine after no pain or swelling. The atmosphere is very nice nice décor kept well I recommend her and her office highly
Does not explain anything, rude, no communications skills, SO unpleasant and gives impression that she is tired of her job and life in general. Does nothing to make your experience pleasant. Old office and old looking equipment. Just a terrible experience. She was recommended for a root canal. The procedure itself was uncomfortable. No pain but just a sense that she doesnt recognize you as a human but only sees the tooth.
