Didn't have any problems with her. Procedure was fine and no problems. Left with less pain than I came in with.
Had a botched cracked tooth thing happening after going to see a different doctor. Had gone to Dr. Dukoff a few years ago but couldn't get in for this procedure so had to go somewhere else. Wish I'd have just waited to see Dr. Dukoff. She looked at whatever it was that the other doctor did and fixed it. Everything feels better now.
doctor dukoff was fantastic in treating me. i've been having a lot of pain on one side of my mouth and i thought it was some sort or root problem so i scheduled an appointment with a root specialist. turns out i had a cracked tooth and a lot of gum sensitivity. procedure done and she hooked me up with some wash for my gums.
Today might be Halloween, but Dr. Dukoff is not even close to being spooky. Came in today in my costume before I went into work. I explained that I work with kids so the costume is a must. Everyone went along with it and laughed. Good team and Dr. Dukoff was really a class act. I've been having lots of gum issues and turns out I have an infection. Treated it and sent me on my way.
The long wait time is what stood out. 45 minutes into the appointment time just waiting with no one to tell me what is going on. I get in there and she couldn’t remember my name. Saw me only as a tooth. She refused to call my dentist and wanted to extract a tooth. I went to another endodontist and the source of the pain was an exposed root.
Excellent clinician. Very responsible. Great diagnosis skills. Modern technology. Friendly staff.

I was ignored from the moment I went in for a scheduled appointment. I waited 20 minutes into the appointment time. No receptionist or assistant. Dukoff seemed overworked and distracted.Made the wrong diagnosis and when I went to another endodontist for a second opinion, I was told I didn’t need an extraction. Overall, negative rating for this endodontist.
Dr Dukoff works very carefully and patiently. She explains everything to me and her treatments have totally eliminated my tooth infections.
