What stood out about my visit with the disorganized nature of this Endodontist. She was rushed and doing too many different tasks at the same time. She didn’t have an assistant or office worker. Could use one. I don’t recommend.
My initial visit was bad. At 7AM no one was there to welcome me and I wondered if I had the right office. I was made to wait 20 minutes into my appointment tome for no stated reason. I was told what the diagnosis was and she didn’t contact my dentist.
I had such a great experience. She was quick, to the point, knew what she was talking about, and explained the whole procedure to me. The surgery took half the time that I expected and I had no complications, whatsoever!
Dr. Dukoff is wise in a way that reflects her vast experience, and being her patient means receiving treatment that is rendered with tremendous expertise.
Had two cracks in two back teeth and Dukoff was the best endodontist to go to. She explained to me the process and explained how it would look.
I saw Dr. Dukoff for a cyst that was the result of a bad root canal done a while ago by another dentist. She was able to treat it and fix everything that needed fixed. She showed so much compassion for my pain and knew exactly how to go about treating me and helping with pain management!
I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Dukoff. Her new office is great and she was able to check out my cracked tooth and get me a plan of action fast. In and out, no wasted time.
It was a good experience at Dukoff's office. Got the information I needed and scheduled a procedure.
My recently appointment with Dr. Amy was easy and I never felt that I was not in good hands. She 100% knows what she is doing. Told me some concerns she had about another tooth and I will be back in the future to have her take care of that.
