Called her office right away at 9 because I was having a lot of pain after a cracked tooth procedure. Dr. Dukoff told me to come in as soon as I could and she would get me in ASAP to look at what was going on. I'd developed an infection. So happy she was able to get me in so soon. Can't imagine what would have happened had I had to wait a day or two.

Never thought I'd have to get a root canal because i've had really good teeth my whole life. Low and behold I had to have one. Looked around for a doctor and found Dr. Dukoff. Never had a single problem with her or her office. Easily got an appointment and when I got to her office I didn't have a huge wait. Fairly smooth procedure. Had some discomfort after but nothing I couldn't manage.

My dentist referred me to Dukoff. The address listed in the confirmation text was W 57 Street. Her office is on W 45 Street. I got it through information since the phone number was wrong also. I still made it on time last week but I was told she was backed up and I waited over 20 minutes into my time. She didn’t want to answer questions and the x rays she took weren’t dense enough for a proper reading. Overall, I don’t recommend.

After recently reading a review that stated Dr. Dukoff emergency scheduled someone right away close to a holiday and I can say this is not an out of the ordinary for Dr. Dukoff. She has scheduled me to come in right away during an emergency mere minutes before closing her office. Truly a fantastic woman who cares deeply for her patients whether they are new or returning.

The morning prior to the long Thanksgiving weekend I experienced throbbing pain from biting down hard on an olive pit. Dr. Dukoff immediately scheduled me for an emergency visit and diagnosed a cracked tooth through an oral exam and x-rays. She expeditiously made her recommendation for follow up with my general dentist, in addition to suggesting ways to reduce the pain. She was a lifesaver!

The text confirmation I got listed an old address. I went to 57 Street and was told she moved with no forewarding address. I found the 45 Street address through information and still made it on time. I had to wait over 20 minutes while she took an emergency. Why she would do that when I was an established patient with a confirmed appointment? I had a bit of an eventful journey finding Dr. Dukoff's office. There is some discrepancy on the internet regarding its location but after I arrived I was brought back right away. She apologized for my confusion and seemed relieved that I found my way there. She saw me for a cracked tooth and from the moment she started explaining the process of what she was going to do I was confident that she was professional and skilled.

Brought my father in and he's got some memory issues. He did really well during the appointment except for he asked the same question multiple times. Dr. Dukoff answered the question every time without a hitch and gave a more in-depth answer every time. Classy and professional doctor.

I've never been to a better provider. She was very easy to explain my issues to and she immediately went to work on a diagnosis. Compassionate through every step. Took x-rays, called my primary dentist to confirm what she was seeing, spoke to me like I was an adult and not someone to be talked down to. Really she just acted like a person and not a doctor.
