I arrived at the doctor’s office exactly at the time of my appointment. This was my first visit, and I wasn’t aware that I needed to fill out a form online beforehand. Since I’m new to this country, completing the form took me around 15 minutes. After I submitted the form, I waited an additional 5 to 10 minutes to be called in. Awful experience with unprofessional front desk staff - too much to go over - cancellation of apps, constant mentioning of technical issues, inconsistency when talking to different front desk people, etc.
Terrible experience. Denied contraception prescription because I wouldn’t schedule another annual appointment. I explained that it was an emergency and I was trying to find another physician and just needed the refill until I could find the right care. I initially came into the office with issues and she recommended I go get an ultrasound. I had an appointment today and walked out. Unfortunately the red flags kept mounting. When I arrived early for my appointment they told me that I might not be seen because I did not complete paperwork as a new patient that was not given to me in advance. While I’m standing there trying to explain that I traveled a long way to be there for the visit the doctor comes over to the admin and starts whispering personal info about another client in my hearing.
