The Dr. is extremely good at listening and being sympathetic. I would recommend him to everyone.
He had him as my surgeon for 15 year hip knees bilateral and more I have a high apoion of him.
I was treated with courtesy and respect also attended to my needs as professionals. My experience was amazing Dr. Srivastava did an outstanding job and i would easily refer someone to him and his staff.
Miscommunication between him and his staff. I was considering joint replacement surgery and had more questions. His assistant could not answer them. She told me to come in with my concerns and get new X-Ray cause it had been 14 months since last ones. The X-Rays were not my idea, they were hers. I was also concerned about the leg length discrepancy a question that was not fully answered by Dr Srivastava. Dr. Srivastava is wonderful. He perfromed both of my hip replacement. He has literally given me my life back. I would like to thank him and his staff for a job well done.
I appreciated the office staff was excellent. I had my 2nd hip replacement this year & vey satisfied as I was with the 1st. Dr. Srivastava is very personable & very easy to talk to & puts you at ease.
Had both hips done without any problems. Very polite and friendly and professional. If you are looking for a doctor who will listen to what you say, give you excellent advice and get the job done, I would strongly recommend going to him.
Dr. Srivastava is a very kind and gentle person. I am the one who had the hip replacement surgery but my husband always accompanied me to my appointments and we both found him to be entirely trustworthy and competent. I will probably require a hip replacement for my other hip in due time and will not hesitate to call on Dr. Srivastava to do the surgery. I had no unexpected complications. Besides Dr. Srivastava is fellow MSU Spartan!
