Miscommunication between him and his staff. I was considering joint replacement surgery and had more questions. His assistant could not answer them. She told me to come in with my concerns and get new X-Ray cause it had been 14 months since last ones. The X-Rays were not my idea, they were hers. I was also concerned about the leg length discrepancy a question that was not fully answered by Dr Srivastava. Dr. Srivastava is wonderful. He perfromed both of my hip replacement. He has literally given me my life back. I would like to thank him and his staff for a job well done.
I appreciated the office staff was excellent. I had my 2nd hip replacement this year & vey satisfied as I was with the 1st. Dr. Srivastava is very personable & very easy to talk to & puts you at ease.
Had both hips done without any problems. Very polite and friendly and professional. If you are looking for a doctor who will listen to what you say, give you excellent advice and get the job done, I would strongly recommend going to him.
Dr. Srivastava is a very kind and gentle person. I am the one who had the hip replacement surgery but my husband always accompanied me to my appointments and we both found him to be entirely trustworthy and competent. I will probably require a hip replacement for my other hip in due time and will not hesitate to call on Dr. Srivastava to do the surgery. I had no unexpected complications. Besides Dr. Srivastava is fellow MSU Spartan!
My husband saw doctor for pain and swelling of his knee. He said there was no need for an MRI and diagnosed him with a torn meniscus. He gave him a cortisone shot (very short term relief) and ordered physical therapy. After only four therapy sessions, doctor sent my husband back to work knowing the very physical activities required starting he saw no medical reason to keep him off work for at least one more week. Very poor treatment.
I had knee replacement surgery one year ago and that knee is 100 % I can bike , play baseball , take care of my Ponies and even able to jog lightly all this with Drs. approval and best of all pain free. Most of the time unless someone reminds me I forget that I have had knee replacement surgery.
I received wonderful care for both knee and hip replacements. Phone calls returned pronptly. Staff very pleasant and helpful in answering questions as they came up.
Doctor replaced my hip and I used a walker to enter the hospital room where I spent one night. It is three months later and I am progressing great. I can't say enough about his skill and attention to customer concerns. I would give more stars if they offered them!! You can trust Dr. Ajay.
