The staff was very friendly and professional. It wasn't a long wait time
Dr AJ is a true professional. He explained the surgery process and has been very reassuring at my follow up appointments.
Wait time is reasonable. The staff is friendly and approachable. Dr AJ listened to and addressed my problems. Dr AJ asked questions about my problem. He listened to me and gave me the time to ask about his suggested treatments. Unlike with most other physicians you are treated as a partner in your health care. Dr AJ also has a sense of humor
My visit was really nice the staff was very professional with great people skills everyone was very nice. I would definitely recommend others to go see Dr. Srivastava.
Didn’t care for policy of having to leave my debit card numbers to receive service. Have had my card hacked and numbers stolen 3 times in past from other places . I felt I was being forced to either turn over my confidential material for many people in that office to see, once it was put into the system. But I was in pain and felt I had no choice. Even though I have 2 health insurance’s to cover any cost.
It's been over 2 years that I've been struggling with a bad right hip and the pain. I finally made an appointment with Dr Srivastava. Reviews and family referrals led me to him. My first appointment/first impression with him was today. I could not have been more happy and impressed with my new doctor and his staff. I am very excited to get my hip replaced in February and work towards a better quality of life.
Consulted with doctor about right hip replacement. Scheduled surgery for earliest convenience.
