Dr Yap-Lacap is a very compassionate, intuitive, experienced doctor. She is very easy to talk to and truly listens to everything you say, including your body language. She has my in the right medication and has helped me become a happier, emotionally healthier person. I trust her.
I was a patient of Dr. Yap-Lacap. Her treatment had me medicated incorrectly. She was also incredibly unprofessional -even pushing her religion on me. A year ago, after many questionable treatment calls, I contacted Kaiser professional ethics / complaints about Yap-Lacap . Thankfully they're reasonable people and I got to see a new psychiatrist at Kaiser. The new psychiatrist reversed Lap-Lacap's treatment decisions and now, one year later, I am so happy and healthy it's unbelievable. Avoid her!
Dr Yap-Lacap has helped me immensely with addressing my issues. Both with accurate analysis and an appropriate prescription regiment. She's also very nice and really seems to care about helping her patients achieve balance in their lives. Highly recommended.
