I have been going to Dr. Heshmat for 10 years now. He is a great doctor and very knowledgable. However his staff has changed through the years and depending on what year you ask me I would have given a different rating. Right now his staff is very nice. The problem with his phone and not returning calls from other people comments were true at some point in time, but not right now.
He is my parent's PCP or was. Extremely horrible. Bad bedside manners. He is extremely condescending and does not want to hear you out and very judgmental. If you and your parents are of immigrant descent go elsewhere.
This place receptionist is terrible.They don't answer phone at all.Even if they answer they put you on hold forever, I called one time to just give them information about my referral.They left me hanging there for about ten minutes, and then I drove, I walked in.There was no patient, and this receptionist was talking to her manager.They were having conversations while they put me on hold. Very disappointing and terrible service. The Doctors is great. It is really sad to change a doctor because of his terrible stuff.
