I had a cyst removed off my neck a month ago which took me ages to find someone who could actually do this, which was great. its now appears infected, i called up twice for a call back from the doctor for advise and hopefully to re-check, which i never received. and although i paid privately they do not want to do anything to now help me and have told me i will have to go back to my own doctors
I did try to call and get an appointment last two days, but i was holding almost 30min no one did not answer the phone..is that telephone line working ? Also cant access from online appointments..
