If there was a zero that would have been my choice. The drs have always been OK the problem lies with the reception. Many a repeat mistake & full of lies, attempted to fob me off a few times with downright lies using a review as being one of the reasons for their incompetence, after the other 2 excuses didn't wash with me, luckily I was there in person to fight my corner. Rude & useless...
The message on the phone always says there are 5 in the queue before you. It's no good phoning between 8.00am and 12.00 noon because they still don't answer the phone.
Absolutely terrible communication, ringing for 32 minutes to get a repeat prescription only to be told we’ve stopped doing telephone repeats now . No communication at all both phones ringing no one answers .
