Frustrating, put a prescription request in , 4 days later told it has to be a doctors appointment, phone next day to TRY and get one, need the item as going on holiday.said , as I’m on the phone, can’t you do it now, it’s your system, No phone tomorrow.I mean really, what a frustrating waste of time.
Waited 45 mins to book appointment and when it started ring was cut of phoned back I’m now caller number 5 and was 2 before being cut of,also having problems from my blood results and is making me very unwell now have to wait another 2 weeks to get another app for bloods never in my life has it been so bad
My prescription are always a day late, reception is rude and if you call up for a phone consultation you might as well wait the week (if your lucky) and book an appointment because that's it's the same time. Doctors are so so, polite and helpful but you have to push for the help you need if it's anything more serious than a cold.
