They make every effort to fit appointments around busy schedules and, whenever possible, adjust their availability to ensure timely care. Requested a call back for an appointment- received a call and was greeted with "how can i help". I asked it was the gp and the woman said "how can i help" i asked again if it was the gp and she said "you booked a call didnt you". After a couple minutes of me having to google the number which called me turns out it was the gp of no help to the woman on the phone.
