Dr A Oluwabamise saw me after being referred by the paramedic, after a surgery visit she called me at home twice to be certain of my condition. whilst the online entry is difficult the Dr is very good.
I tried to make an appointment for my daughter. I was advise to go through internet. Which we did. Took over 30 minutes to answer questions. At the end it stated to contact medical practice or phone 111. We phone the practice a very nice lady went through the procedure again and informed us the doctor would ring. What do you have to do to get a face to face appointment. We are still waiting.
