I've nothing but positive experiences with this surgery so far. I've received same day appointments and been seen by caring and empathetic medical professionals. It's an adjustment to have to use the website to submit requests, especially when I'd prefer to speak to a person, but I've found the teams response to requests pretty swift. I haven't experienced any of the negativity cited in other poor reviews.
I have had an appointment today. My care once again from this practice was excellent. The doctor was very thorough, kind, friendly and approachable. I felt that everything was being done to investigate and improve my problem.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this GP practice. Over the years, both my children and I have been misdiagnosed multiple times, leading to serious consequences for our health. One particularly alarming experience involved a senior GP dismissing my concerns about perimenopausal symptoms. Despite expressing that I suspected I was entering perimenopause, she laughed and told me I was too young, completely disregarding that perimenopause can occur at various ages.
