Always pleasant & helpful
Never have I been made to feel so isolated, excluded and disgraced as at this practice. Due to narrow mindedness and lack of education and empathy of two of the reception staff, I suffered as a result of their disgraceful mindless actions. Without discretion I was humiliated in front of other patients and then told that it was 'standard practice'.
