Receptionist are rude unprofessional grumpy n in the wrong job they never smile greet you it's like they can't wait to get rid of you they lie they never look happy gonna change surgery had enough worst doctors ever
Paramedic came today. Checked elderly father over. Needed antibiotics. Phoned and asked GP to prescribe. Was refused. Requested a home visit. Was refused. Paramedics told to take father to A&E. Totally unnecessary as he just required antibiotics.
DO NOT REGISTER HERE! This is the worst run doctors surgery that I have ever seen. If you want an appointment you will not get one. Everyone has to rush call in at 8am to get an appointment for that day, most likely you won’t get one then have to do the exact same thing the next day. They only release appointments for the day, which I think is the worst way to run a surgery. I do think the doctors who are here are amazing and super lovely, if you can actually manage to see them, but who ever runs the phones are useless, unpr... read more
