Multiple times now they’ve failed to get in stock the vaccines for our baby for appointments booked weeks in advance, but give zero communication ahead of us turning up. The practice is clearly either very unorganised, doesn’t care enough about its patients to bother communicating, or both. I would strongly recommend avoiding
