The first point of contact at the surgery is appalling, apart from one receptionist who goes above and beyond her duty to help you and make you feel like your problem actually matters, everyone at the reception is useless, rude and should not be there. You can obviously tell they either don’t like their job or just can’t be bothered with good customer service.
