All the Staff and Doctors at Broad Street Medical Practice are very professional and friendly. Reception Staff always willing to help and direct patients to the correct area of the Mental Health and Resource Centre departments.
First of all the Reception staff are very courteous and helpful. I had a very good experience with them when my blood test reports were missing on two occasion. They went out of the way to trace them. Manager Akhtar Khan was very instrumental in finding my reports. Throughout the process he was very much concerned too. Finally Dr. Annan is very good in convincing his patients. Every time I went to him, 80% of my problem was sorted with his approach. He is an asset to this organisation. Dr. Annan is one of the best doctors in JP. He is loyal to his job, listens well to patients, smiles on patients' faces, and helps patients in a genuine and humane way. All JB employees are respectful. Thank you.
