Absolutely appalling service. I am in utter disbelief that Anita the receptionist is the face of the surgery. I completely understand that GP receptionist's have a demanding role and can have a tough time with some patients but her attitude was completely disgusting. She needs some training on manners and diversity and inclusion. My dad does not speak English well and I could hear her talking over him on the phone and denying him an appointment which was urgent. The receptionist had denied me to see a doctor twice, saying there is nothing we can do for a flu. After 8 days suffering I managed to see a doctor who confirmed that my chest is badly affected and have high tempt. If the receptionist did not deny me an appointment, I would have gone back to work by now.
