Went today to the GP and the 3 receptionists there were very friendly and approachable and the service provided overall was excellent!
I am extremely disappointed with the recaptionst they are very rude they don’t know how to talk with patients they always shouting on phone When i visit there i have appointment at 1:10 i reached there 1:07 but they are ignoring everybody they are busy with each other some of are drinking tea some are eating something and some of reviving order from delivero It looks like they came there for kitty party Unbelievable Worst gp Reception staff don’t have any manners to talk
