I feel sorry for the people who’ve said they’ve changed their surgery to Oakwood surgery. It’s the worst surgery in Birmingham Dr Qazi is very rude he called me and idiot for saying I wanted to follow up on a referral and was very rude and dismissive. He has very little knowledge of patients who are neurodiverse and no knowledge whatsoever on female physical health gaslights everything and says it’s pcos. Today I visited this surgery with my husband for his back pain. Dr. Anas was very helpful and even kindly booked an appointment for me on the spot. This was the first time I’ve experienced such considerate service at this GP, and I truly appreciate it. I hope this surgery continues to improve day by day. Thank you, Dr. Anas.
rubbish service they dont care whats important is to have more patients by putting ads on whats up groups but when we need them, thry r always busy so why do u want more patients then
We recently moved from Iridium Medical Practice in Stechford to Oakwood Surgery and it’s been such a great change. The receptionist welcomed us with a friendly smile and pointed us in the right direction, and Dr Anas was brilliant , so kind, compassionate, and professional.
