Really helpful and went above and beyond, helping with things beyond their remit at times. No matter how many times I called they were always happy to help and sorted things out quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend!

Terrible! Rather than one member of staff taking the lead on selling our property, multiple members of staff dipped in and out, their communication between each other is clearly terrible as I would have to repeat myself to every one. For example, I would ask for there to be no viewings after 3.00 as I was going out, then viewings would get booked in after 3.00. This kind of thing happened many times.
