Very disappointing delivery service. Far too often, the driver doesn’t even ring the doorbell or knock on the door and simply leaves the parcel outside, even when I am at home. On other occasions, the driver calls my phone without making any attempt to ring the bell or come to the door. If I don’t answer the phone immediately, the parcel may be left in a nearby bar without any message or explanation of where it has been left. DPD used to be extremely reliable and known for providing good customer service, but unfortunately, the standard of service has seriously declined recently. I was at home waiting for my delivery, yet nobody rang the doorbell, knocked on the door, or even attempted to call me. They’re useless , didn’t even attempt to deliver my package or call me to let me know , rescheduled twice and I had to arrange a lift to go pick it up.. what’s the point of getting a delivery if they don’t even deliver the thing to your home or try to

It is the Worst delivery company ever. At least in my area Waterford city, very irresponsable drivers! Leave expensive parcels anywhere outside and do not let you know, bring them back without even trying to contact you to deliver, another driver kept my parcel at his own home for days and declared it as delivered! Unbelievable!
