Unreliable delivery company! Regardles of what they tell you via SMS or Email, the packages will be delivered when and how it suits them. My packge keeps going back to depot every time, and no reason provided to me.
0 star experience. They just send you a massage that they "tried to deliver but there was nobody home". Which is a lie because I was at home and my intercome connected to my personal phone and I have 0 missed messages.
Just told to place parcel for Virgin on conveyor belt going into truck no delay great.
Great people great service
