Just told to place parcel for Virgin on conveyor belt going into truck no delay great.
Great people great service
Totally bad service. My parcel was left on my front door. Anyone could have taken it. No customer contact number to ring. I tried using their bot. Useless. I eventually got to do a 'live chat' with someone. I was give the run around. DPD don't care. I would avoid using them at all cost.
Useless delivery drivers. Constantly dropping items outside my gate on main road without calling. Complained so many times. USELESS
