Very responsive team.
Worst service. Driver could not find my address and too parcel back. He said my phone number wasn't working. Tried getting through to customer services on line for 35 minutes and then got cut off. Rearranged delivery by email which was confirmed by email. I rang to check if my parcel was being delivered as agreed but was then told my parcel was still in depot at Scarva. I had to drive 36 miles to pick my parcel up. Absolutely diabolical service if I had not rang to check on my parcel they would not have notified me. I would ... read more
Package was to be delivered yesterday ….no nothing !!! Can’t track ….. no one is answering the phone ….. 🤬
Went to collect a parcel, waited at front desk for 30 mins until someone actually came to help me.
