Incompetent and lying delivery drivers Dymtro who failed to deliver my second parcel despite delivering the first and then lied about attempting to deliver. Also lying about signing for parcels too. Really poor service and no customer service over the weekend.
The Sligo branch provides terrible service and extremely poor customer service. This level of service is unacceptable, brings shame to the company, and seriously tarnishes its reputation.
Paid for fast delivery and have not received parcel at all, horrible customer service .
