No facility at Tesco Roselawn D. 15 to print return label. Very poor service
I ordered collection from Dublin and delivery to Belfast. We waited for collection all day as DPD does not provide collection window time, and collection didn't happen. I call DPD and they ask me for a 14 digit number that I don't have and was never provided to me. And without it the conversation doesn't go anywhere. There is no escalation department and no other solution so in the end the guy hung up on me.
