Extremely poor service — avoid if you can I have honestly never experienced such an awful courier service. I was expecting a parcel from a mobile phone shop. The driver marked the first delivery attempt as unsuccessful, claiming that nobody was at home. I immediately arranged for it to be delivered on another day, only for exactly the same thing to happen again another failed delivery with the claim that nobody was home. The parcel was repackaged in a DPD cardboard box, which was also damaged. Apart from the fact that two items from my order were missing, the box was far too large and the products were loose inside with no protective packaging at all. The parcel was also left outside my door, even though I was at home, because I would not have accepted it in that condition.

Absolutely a horrendous business, been trying to get a parcel since the 2nd of June, I have rerouted multiple times to there official drop off sites as they can't find my house and they still won't deliver it. I have contacted them on every platform I can with no response, I will be making sure no more of my business runs through this company and I highly recommend no one else uses it, completely incompetent
