Parcel Delivery Experience I sent a parcel from Poland to Ireland using DPD, from one parcel locker to another. Unfortunately, for three days, the app showed the status as “out for delivery.” I contacted DPD in Poland, and they provided me with full details about what had happened to the parcel, as well as the contact number for DPD in Kildare. Extremely poor service , avoid if you can I have honestly never experienced such an awful courier service. I was expecting a parcel from a mobile phone shop. The driver marked the first delivery attempt as unsuccessful, claiming that nobody was at home. I immediately arranged for it to be delivered on another day, only for exactly the same thing to happen again another failed delivery with the claim that nobody was home. Parcel was being delivered when I was not at home. Requested drop off box near my home. Never received a pin to collect package. Contacted DPD Kildare, girl working there in the office on a Saturday morning told me at 9:10am package was there at DPD Kildare and I could pick it up before they closed at 10am. Otherwise she would put it on the van for delivery on Monday morning.
