Ordered my mobile upgrade got a message with the delivery time and drivers name. Then got an email to inform me that it had been delivered only problem is it hasn’t raised a dispute with dpd and my mobile carrier no photo to prove delivery and the signature is like a 2 year old just pressing keys YUHjjjj ????? Driver never even came to my house as the ring doorbell has proved. I used to do the same job for Montgomery 20 years ago it’s not that difficult to read an address and drive to a house. Working from home, saw delivery van pull up-he didnt ring bell or knock. Gone by the time I got downstairs, no sign of my parcel. Says package 'could not be delivered as no one to accept it' but a parcel was delivered for another person, at address in another town! Can't get through on phone or chat now.....cowboys

Regular occurrence that driver can’t be bothered to deliver down our track to the front door so dumps parcels on side of road and today claimed tried to deliver but no one home - complete lies “Stephen” there was someone here all day and cameras picked up no one - so where did you “attempt” delivery??!
