I had an issue with my parcel and tried contacting customer service, the driver, and calling DPD, but unfortunately no one was able to help. Thankfully, Habil at the DPD depot was extremely helpful. He understood the situation, arranged to hold my parcel for me, and thanks to him I was able to successfully receive it. Really appreciate his excellent customer service, patience, and willingness to help. Thank you so much, Habil! You turned a very frustrating experience into a positive one. 5 stars!
Straight foreward experience
Logistically not the best, tracking is somewhat accurate, main issue is hit and miss with customer care- u call and may get a helpful agent or u may get an agent that is argumentative and give u false info. Issues such as bringing parcels to the same lockers again and again despite them not fitting the 1st time? They require a lot of hand holding
