Great service, did not have to wait for long to get my package
Awful service. They send you a message saying they're delivering your parcel so you wait at home only to find out it's not. Why send a message knowing it's not coming. Utterly useless. Nonsense that I have to give them 1 star as they don't even deserve that.
This has to be the worst courier service about. I waited all day on Friday for a delivery. I downloaded the DPD app and my postcode wasn't recognised. Email and web site confirmed delivery for Friday, they never showed. I have waited today, delivery window 1442 to 1542. I phoned their customer service number at 1645 and someone told me the delivery was running late. Thank goodness she was able to confirm that.
