I had a package from virgin media due to be delivered by dpd. The driver didn’t find our door, and this was attempted 4 times over the course of 6 days. I emailed and made sure our contact number was updated twice. 7 days later still no reply from dpd telling me my number was updated and still no update on where my package is. Update. Your delivery driver blocking me in the car park in Swords JCs to casually stroll off to do whatever he's supposed to be doing, then sulking like Harry Enfield's Kevin and Perry when I politely point out to him what he's done. Your drivers really need to cop themselves on.
