Marked to be delivered today on a Friday and didn’t even bother to deliver it and it’s over £1000 parcel and an iPhone that I needed delivered. Will never use DPD again. Also the cheek of the staff being rude when they have made an error! No manners whatsoever so so rude.

Worst delivery service ever. They marked my delivery as failed without even attempting to deliver it. I received all my other orders from different couriers with no issues …only this one failed. Very disappointing.

Terrible service . No one ever answers the phone. Lost package is the suppliers fault apparently. DPD do not care about northern Irish customers. The main depot in Tyrone doesn't have a phone at all, they are uncontactable. Still waiting a week later for next day delivery . Been marked "due for delivery today" for 5 days .. supplier won't reissue goods because dpd won't admit they've lost the package.

Dreadful! You book in and pay for a collection but no one arrives until 2 - 3 days later. Terrible service!
