Got a message to say parcel out on delivery but couldn't be delivered as insufficient address! Why put it out for delivery if you dont have full details. Could you not ring me Wanted me to pay for 2nd delivery attempt. Wanted my bank details. I emailed customer service to check this out, still waiting on reply. Very unprofessional Mark, usual driver from DPD knows my address better than his own. Is this a scam
Nobody to accept parcels. No receipt provided. Just told to leave them at reception.

Big shout out to Terri this morning for her help with a package after there was an error with the delivery address. Terri contacted the driver and Franco followed up with a call and ensured the package would be delivered to the correct address, to which it was. Thanks a mill. ☺️
