Unbelievably poor. Not for the first time, the delivery driver decided not to deliver my parcel but instead note that he attempted delivery but I was not in. Not only was I at home, but my husband was outside in the garden cutting the grass. Despicable behaviour by the delivery driver. Would give NO STARS if I could.
The delivery guy left the parcel in the street without even calling me, and marked the parcel as "delivered", then it has been stolen. I was home at the moment of the delivery. This company is a shame. The delivery guys don't have any sense of responsibility, they just don't care. I am ashamed for them. This company should be forbidden to continue to exist.

Can I specifically opt out of using DPD. You are an absolute disgrace. Delivering packages wherever you dump them, no customer service, just a chatbot,
