Either scam artists or extreme amateurs with no concept of data protection, ask for extremely sensitive details on a word document over email.
Think it might be a scam, asked for very personal details on a word document to be emailed including bank details which just seems very dodgy, really super insecure. Also bank details before you even view a property seems very dodgy.
Ok looks very much like a scam wor lass got the email from them with an application form, and they want bank details to be emailed to them on a word document. Sorry but that just screams that this is a scam because there is no way on gods Green Earth that need bank details before a viewing and certainly no way that they should be asking for those sensitive details over email, that’s beyond irresponsible and dangerous.
