Avoid!!!!! I Asked to cancel 3 times and then given an email to action the cancellation. After the campaign is set up they didn’t help revise this to help us get more leads. Don’t sign up!! You will regret it!
Happy to take their fees but the ad campaign was a DISASTER. Generated far less leads prior to using them and they burnt through a healthy budget in very little time. Exceptionally difficult to get a hold of to discuss rectifying technical issues such as using very, very generic keywords on a broad match which they used to say 'look at how many clicks'... Don't think its malicious, think they're very incompetent
Very good experience working with DPOM.
Sadly,they don't do what they say. I have received no services, communication zero, my bank are now involved. I cancelled within 2 weeks, which is my rights under uk law, this was ignored and they have since billed me 2 more times! Arrogant, no support, no work for money I dont have to waste! AVOID THIS COMPANY!
