We are a family run company and have been in the roofing business since 1975. We use most brands of shingles but concentrate on Certainteed Landmark. This product is high-grade and aesthetic. There has been many faulty shingles in recent years so we've turned to Certainteed products to avoid this. We have a friendly crew with a lot of experience, who have a very high quality of work. roofing I've been referring Joe to my clients for years now and have never had anything less than positive feedback about him He's honest, very fair with his pricing and (the thing that impressed me before I hired him for my own roof the first time) he swept the neighbours verandah!

Hi I'm not sure who wrote this review, but I remember doing one roof and we had to replace all the roof boards with new plywood sheathing. This is a rare occurance but it had to be done.

Flat Roof I'm glad to see so many positive rviews for Joe - he really is the most honest guy in roofing. I was quite happy with his service (before giving me an estimate he actually went up on the roof - imagine), and everyone I've referred him too has been very happy also.
New shingles on a steep roof Joe and his roofers spotted a problem with our roof while re-shingling our neighbour's house. Because of the direction of the roof, one side has weathered faster than the other. He recommended replacing only the worn side because the good side still has several years left in it and that would help keep our costs down. They did a great job and left the site looking so clean that you'd never know they had been there. Joe gave me a great looking roof and a good feeling from the whole experience.

He ped off samples and was able to start the job as soon as the weather would allow. His crew was efficient, professional and honest about answering any questions we had. The job was done on time and with no mess.

New Roof Great service started right from the beginning: Mr. Dunphy reformatted his quote so we could compare it easily to others. The work started on time, but the weather didn't cooperate. Mr. Dunphy called every day to let us know if that day’s forecast would allow his crew to continue working. Not only did the crew do an excellent job, one crew member spent a day in the pouring rain clearing away the debris.
Repairs and recovering of flat roof They did a great job and were totally on time. So much so that I called them to find out when they would be coming to do the work and they told me that it was already done. I didn't even know they'd been there they had done such a quick and clean job. Pricing was very reasonable and a 10 year guarantee on the work made it totally worthwhile.
