We are a family run company and have been in the roofing business since 1975. We use most brands of shingles but concentrate on Certainteed Landmark. This product is high-grade and aesthetic. There has been many faulty shingles in recent years so we've turned to Certainteed products to avoid this. We have a friendly crew with a lot of experience, who have a very high quality of work. Vent stack re-flashing I spoke to Joe at Downtown Roofing about repairing my roof and re-flashing the vent stack, after I had it changed from cast iron to PVC. Their price was competitive and reasonable, and they were able to complete my repair quickly and on schedule. I'm happy to have found them!

Front Roof and Flat Roof Repair Great job and value. Very cost effective vs other quotes and Joe will always call you back. Joe and his son Aaron gave me an honest quote, and completed the job within a few days. They repaired my flat roof, and reshingled the front. I would recommend them to anyone.

Roof repair + vinyl siding work Due to the previous wind storms in Ontario, I was left with some damaged roofing and vinyl siding. I called this company, and they came quite promptly. They had manners, and were quite quick at their jobs. Kudos.
