I bought few properties through Larry , he was extremely helpful , devoted , very responsive , courteous and knowledgable . I will use him again for any of my future transaction in Detroit .
First of all, I had very little time to look at properties, and Larry took his time on a Sunday to do the showings. I believe it is very important to be available in this business. He is also very quick and proactive in his approach w/ the sellers, as well as getting back to you. A professionalism I'm not used to.

Larry Else performed wonderfully when other realtors we not even given a shot at this property. Larry always was a step ahead when one buyer backed out then he had another lined up. It was a very quick and easy sale. Thank you for all your hard work. Hope to do business again, you will be referred.
Costello contacted me while I was planning a trip to Detroit to look at investment properties. He helped me out by setting up appointments ahead of time, allowing me to be less stressed about scrambling to make contacts once I got there. The worst realtor I have yet to experience. Arrogant. Rarely replied to communications or requests for status of sales. There are many better persons to consider. I had viewed few properties with him and ultimately had to find another realtor when he and his staff simply refused to help. Very arrogant. Please located a more engaging realtor.
