Faith was very helpful throughout our search for an investment property. She took the time to show us numerous homes even in the pouring rain! Her responsiveness is exceptional and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
Could not recommend Faith more highly. In my job, I defend realtors in real estate lawsuits all the time. Even though 9 out of 10 times they have done nothing wrong, little mistakes and failure to communicate with their clients can be the difference. Scott is very persuasive also has the gift of gab, and excellent with details. He set up a achievable time frame and came through on his expectations, the communication was very responsive and kept me in the loop. He respected any special request I asked of him, and made good recommendations on ways to appeal to many different buyers.
I interviewed three realtors to sell my home and picked Larry because he knew the pricing of the market and everything about Detroit. Nicole was great. She helped us sell a condo that had been on the market for one year before she became the realtor. She kept us well informed. We knew each time it was being shown, she held open houses and used social media to provide extra visibility to the property. She also helped negotiate several items to secure the closing. We highly recommend her!!
