Couldn't have asked for better representation. Scott worked with me to get my home sold in under 3 months. The previous listing agent I used had 1 full year and couldn't get any interest other than some Land Contract offers which I wasn't interested in at all. She is very quick at responding to emails, and she followed up on all of my questions. She made the transition very smooth. I am an out of state client that was referred to Larry Else at Downtown Realty. I worked with Alisha and she was very proficient in getting the contract out and then the copy of the listing. Once we had the offer, she was knowledgeable in the counter process and we worked together to get what I needed. The whole process was very smooth, no pressure or stress.
