I am amazed by Larry's knowledge of the Detroit market and his ability to sell my home quickly for the price that I wanted. I wouldn't recommend anyone else! I hope that the buyer loves this home as much as I did.

Larry and Angela are very helpful and earnestly worked for the sale of my property. The property was old and rather desolate so I needed to wait for a while. Eventually they found me a good buyer . I am totally satisfied with their service. I live outside the US but I felt very comfortable in the course of transaction thanks to their good communication.
Angela (Larry's associate) was very helpful with the entire purchase process. Although I located the home, she was very helpful in gathering all the necessary information from the Seller's agent and coordinating the closing process, which had to be done within 48 hours and so it was. Larry and his team were just brilliant throughout the entire process of selling my property. She is very knowledgeable ,but also very kind and respectful. Ms. Taylor takes her time to make sure all details are covered and the client is satisfied. My wife and I feel that we were very lucky to have her working in our behalf.
Larry and his team were excellent throughout the whole sales process. As an overseas seller I had to rely on them more than most people would, however they made my life very easy and did everything for me, even arranging for contractors to make a few repairs that were necessary. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone selling a property in Detroit.
